Business Transaction Officer

Job Description

Receive information from the Sales Department regarding order requirements for Chinese orders.
Responsible for negotiating with partners or factories on e-commerce platforms such as 1688, Taobao regarding pricing, methods, and delivery timelines.
Summarize exchange and negotiation results with partners and relay the information to the Sales Department for further transaction processing.
Regularly interact and build relationships with partners and factories on platforms like 1688, Taobao, and Alibaba.
Prepare price quotes for orders and collaborate with the sales team to finalize deals.
Research activities of Chinese partners that the company is collaborating with.

Candidate Requirements

Graduated from Intermediate, College, or University majoring in Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or Chinese Language.
Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (equivalent to HSK 4 or above).
Proficient in basic office IT skills.
Energetic and proactive.
Priority for candidates with experience in Chinese orders or e-commerce.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and logical thinking.
Proactive, creative at work, and flexible in handling situations. Able to provide optimal options for goods selection with the best pricing.
