Head of Marketing Department

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and assigning tasks to the business department to achieve set goals
  • In charge of coordinating and managing personnel in the Marketing Department. Analyzing the market and customer insights.
  • Advising the Board of Directors (BOD) on effective marketing strategies and solutions suitable for the company’s business plans.
  • Developing monthly/quarterly marketing plans and implementing advertising campaigns.
  • Carrying out activities to build and develop the company’s brand.
  • Organizing the Marketing Department to execute digital marketing activities.
  • Training and supervising the performance of staff in the department according to KPIs.
  • Closely coordinating with the Customer Service Department to maximize customer satisfaction with the company.
  • Performing other tasks as directed by the BOD and reporting directly to the BOD.

Requirements

  • Graduated from college or higher in economics, marketing, technology, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of marketing and branding.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in logistics, import-export, or Trung-Viet transportation and order fulfillment.
  • Proactive, creative in work, flexible in handling situations, and capable of leading a team.
